Dear ENUG Member:

The time for the user conference in Orlando is rapidly approaching.  Please stop by the registration table.  Members of the ENUG board look forward to talking with you!  We also plan to have an iPad available for demonstration.  Two iPads will be awarded to ENUG agencies during the conference!  We have found a few online coupons you may find interesting while in Orlando:

  • 20% off food or BOGO drinks at Universal City Walk: http://www.orlandocoupons.com/popup_print_coupons.php?cat_id=-1&dir_id=27
  • BOGO entree at Andiamo Italian Grill (in Disney Hilton): http://www.andiamoitalia.com/BOGO_voucher.pdf?PHPSESSID=239fc299b8e70eaf1d9e15ec78443e21&PHPSESSID=239fc299b8e70eaf1d9e15ec78443e21

Our 2nd quarterly full-membership conference call was held on June 10th from 2 - 3:00 PM EST.  Our call was attended by over 20 agencies and a number of successful projects as well as challenges were discussed.  Larry Huckle from Emphasys participated in the call.  Notes from the call have been posted to the Reports section of our web site.

In addition to the business meeting at the user conference in Orlando we will hold a 3rd quarter full member conference call!  During our board meeting yesterday we decided this will give us a chance to welcome the new agencies elected to the board and share feedback about the experience in Orlando!  The full member call will be September 9th at 2PM EST.  Please mark your calendar and plan to join us!

Invoices for the July 1 - June 30th membership year were emailed in June.  If you wish to join and did not receive an invoice, please contact our treasurer, Debbie Stapleton.  Contact information for all board members is on the Board Member page.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at george.perry@hrha.org.

    Sincerely,

    George Perry
    ENUG President, 2009 - 2010

P.S. If you are not currently a member, membership is open to all Emphasys users.  We recently lowered dues from $500 per year to:

  • $150 for agencies with < 2,000 combined units
  • $250 for agencies with 2,000 and greater units

We come from a highly regulated environment and are more alike than different, regardless of size or geographic location.  We also use the same software applications and can learn from each other and help each other.  The rest of the ENUG board and I look forward to working with you in the coming year.
